Privacy statement for this website
Version dated 13 September 2026
This statement explains which personal data Smart Backoffice Solutions B.V. processes when you visit smart-backoffice.nl, and why. It covers the website only. The Food Moments app has its own privacy policy, and documents sent to Mortgage Documents are covered by the terms and data processing agreement.
Who is responsible
Smart Backoffice Solutions B.V., Saal van Zwanenbergweg 11, 5026 RM Tilburg, the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 90141482, is responsible for the processing described here. For questions about this statement or about your data, email info@smart-backoffice.nl.
Visiting the website
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. When your browser requests a page, GitHub receives your IP address and technical details such as the browser you use, and may keep them in logs to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. We do not receive these logs. The basis is our legitimate interest in a website that works and is secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts and images come from this website itself. Without your consent, no other party is contacted.
Google Analytics, only with your consent
If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see how the website is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive (for example from a search engine), how far they scroll, which links to other websites and email addresses they click, their approximate location (country and city) and their type of device and browser. We use this only to improve the website. If you do not click Accept, Google Analytics is not loaded and your browser sends nothing to Google.
Once you accept, Google Analytics places two cookies, _ga and _ga_F29KPBNC6V, which last up to two years and let it recognise a returning browser. Google uses your IP address to estimate your location and does not store it.
We have set up Google Analytics so that data is kept for 14 months, Google Signals and advertising features are switched off, and no data is shared with Google for its own purposes. Google processes the data on our behalf under Google's data processing terms. Google may process data in the United States; Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which covers that transfer.
The basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act).
Changing your choice
Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage, so the banner does not return on every page. That entry holds only your choice and its date, and after twelve months we ask again. You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time under Cookie settings, which is also at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing deletes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. It does not affect data collected before you withdrew.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Email us to exercise these rights. Google Analytics data is not linked to a name, so we often cannot tell which data are yours, but we will help as far as we can. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If the website starts processing data differently, we will update this statement and its date.
